Health and Social Services Committee referral be waived on HOUSE                                                                
BILL NO. 106 "An Act relating to missing persons under 21 years of                                                              
age." The Health and Social Services Committee passed SENATE                                                                    
BILL NO. 92 (a similar bill) out of committee (page 643). Without                                                               
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
